For Workplace use, it is often necessary to manage the relationships between staff, so that reporting and administrative functions are managed effectively.
OnlearnLMS provides a database based structure providing the following structures:
- Regions
- Organisations
- Manager
- Branch
- Department
While it is possible to load this data in Moodle using Custom Fields, the data is not structured or linkable. Data is entered through Lookups, ensuring the correct spelling and range of data.
Learning Reporting then allows Managers to view the performance of their staff only, with breakdown by department and Branch.

All Reports have the facility to download a copy of the raw data in .CSV format that can be read and displayed in Excel for further processing and distribution.
