Site Hosting and Third Tier Support
This service provides a platform for your e-Learning needs, and the support for your staff to run it effectively. Support is normally via electronic means, telephone, email, & Zoom/ Skype.
Ther are four levels of delivery, basic, shared, dedicated, and custom.

This service is a bare bones service for an e-Learning Platform intended for for those who wish to manage it themselves.
Content & Development Support
This service provides support for the content side. As this is often an on going requirement, we offer a service for a specific number of days per month that we will provide a resource to either come on site, or work for you specifically on your Course Materials and design.
